*Standard warranty for 3 years plus additional 2 years extended warranty. Roadside assistance for one year plus an additional four years’ roadside assistance. Valid until the expiry of five years from the date of first registration or the vehicle has travelled 100,000 miles (for E-Ducato, Fiorino, E-Scudo & Scudo) or 125,000 miles (for Ducato Diesel and E-Doblo & Doblo), whichever occurs first.
Free servicing covers the costs of parts, lubricants and labour required as part of the manufacturer’s scheduled servicing until the expiry of 5 years or a maximum of 100,000 miles (for E-Ducato, Ducato Diesel, Fiorino, E-Doblo & Doblo, E-Scudo & Scudo), whichever occurs first. Retail sales only.

WHAT IS ADR?

 

ADR stands for Alternative Dispute Resolution as is a process where an independent and impartial third party considers the evidence in a dispute and makes a decision, offers a view or helps all parties reach an agreement.
